Dana R. started Hazel Row Realty in 2011 after a decade of watching neighbors get handed off to whoever happened to be on floor duty that afternoon. The idea was simple: work one town, know every street on it, and pick up the phone.

That means a smaller book of clients than the big teams carry, and it means the same face at the first walk through and the last signature. It is a slower way to run a real estate business. It is also the only way it stays worth doing.
